William A. Pannell brings substantial courtroom experience to every matter. Before founding the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Richard T. Bissen Jr. in Maui’s Second Circuit Court and then spent approximately nine years as a Maui public defender. That work required careful preparation, sound judgment under pressure, and direct advocacy for people whose futures were at stake.

Today, William applies that trial-tested approach to personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Clients work directly with him rather than being passed through a high-volume system.
